About: Horizon Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 138-bed skilled nursing facility located at 660 S. Martin L King Blvd in Las Vegas, NV 89106. The center is licensed by the State of Nevada, offering both long-term and short-term care. Requirements: Must possess at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent (GED); Must have a minimum of 1 year of dietary experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or other related medical facility; Food handler’s permit required; Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities; Must be able to speak, understand, and write fluently in English
