Position: Cook job
About: Sunrise Senior Living, a certified Great Place to Work®, is seeking a Cook to join their team at Sunrise Villa Tuckahoe. The Cook will be responsible for the proper and safe preparation and service of food, adhering to all food safety and sanitation requirements in a senior living community setting.
Requirements: One (1) year job-related experience including food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment; High School Diploma/GED; CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate; ServSafe® Manager Certificate; Local Health Department Food Handler Card; Prior culinary apprenticeship or training a plus; Written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; Ability to handle multiple priorities.
