Position: Cook job
About: The Phoenix at Tucker is currently looking for Cooks to join their team. The Cook will report directly to the Food and Beverage Director and will be responsible for food preparation to meet quality, quantity, and service schedule requirements, adhering to hospitality service standards for the community. They will also manage food production in the absence of the Lead Cook or Food and Beverage Director, ensuring compliance with sanitary procedures and regulations.
Requirements: Education/Experience/Licensure – High School Diploma/GED required; Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred; One (1) year job-related experience in food preparation, full-line menu items, and therapeutic diets; Maintains a current SERV Safe certificate (food services sanitation certificate) or able to participate in food services sanitation training to become SERV Safe Certified
