Position: Cook job
About: A prestigious Club is seeking a professional line cook to join their culinary team, responsible for preparing food to the chef’s specifications and assisting with kitchen operations to ensure member satisfaction and Club goals are met.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in similar roles preferred; ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and multi-task; full understanding of service flow and ability to lead the line from a cook’s perspective; basic understanding of meat and fish fabrication and cooking; able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment; solid understanding of food preparation and cooking methods across varied styles; punctuality and regular attendance; positive attitude and self-motivation required; must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
