About: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated High Volume Restaurant Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment and will be able to deliver high-quality food consistently. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking various dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements: Must be fully familiar with high-volume restaurant orders; Must be able to use a knife, slicing machine, and grater; High school/culinary classes/diploma preferred; At least three to five years of experience in a comparable operation; Must have Food Handler certificate
