Requirements: High school diploma or GED; one year job-related experience in food preparation in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment; CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate; ServSafe Manager Certificate; Local Health Department Food Handler Card; prior culinary apprenticeship or training a plus; written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; good judgment and decision-making skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
