Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant; experience within healthcare facilities preferred; willingness to undergo TB test and Live Scan as needed; bilingual abilities are a plus; must be 18 years or older; knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols; proficiency in kitchen tools and equipment; physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs; ownership of required ‘uniforms’; possession of a smartphone and email for communication; reliable transportation to job sites.
