About: Buckner, a dining facility serving a minimum of 25 individuals, is seeking a dedicated Cook to join their team in preparing nutritious and appealing meals following standardized recipes and quality standards. The role involves ensuring food service adheres to cleanliness and sanitation requirements while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment at Westminster Place.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred; Minimum 1 year prior related experience required; Knowledge of food preparation, ingredients, recipes, and dining facility equipment; Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and work collaboratively in a team; Proficiency in operating food service equipment and maintaining a clean and organized work environment; Valid driver’s license with appropriate state license and insurance; Commitment to upholding Christian principles and teachings professionally and personally; Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods; Compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies; Good health status without infectious diseases
