About: Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, a non-profit facility owned by the Greater Fairbanks Community Hospital Foundation, is seeking a dedicated Cook to join their hospital kitchen team. The hospital, accredited by the Joint Commission and featuring 152 licensed beds, serves as the primary referral center for residents of Alaska’s interior. Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; 1 or more years of work experience in production cooking; ability to follow established policies and procedures, communicate effectively, perform simple math calculations, handle food safely, and adhere to safety requirements
