Position: Cook job
About: Chili’s at HMSHost, located in Terminal 3, Concourse H, Gate H02 at Chicago O’Hare International Airport, is looking for a skilled Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing cooked foods and performing various kitchen functions to ensure high-quality service to customers and associates in a fast-paced airport environment.
Requirements: Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience preferred in a high-volume and casual dining restaurant setting; knowledge of soups, sautéing, broiling, frying, and pantry operations; ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; proficiency in following recipes and kitchen guidelines; strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively; flexibility to work in a hot kitchen environment and handle kitchen equipment safely
