About: Under the direction of the production manager/Chef, this role involves preparing all foods according to standard recipes and production schedules. Responsibilities include preparation of various food items, adherence to food safety procedures, maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and delivering foods in a timely manner. Basic knowledge of mathematical recipe conversions is required, along with at least five years of experience in institutional food service or a related environment.
