Requirements: High School Diploma or its equivalent; ability to pass a background check; experience in food preparation within a licensed childcare setting is a bonus; genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs; capability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
