Position: Cook job
About: The Cook is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, preparing all food orders timely and according to guests’ special requests and Ruby Tuesday recipes. They communicate with the service team and expo to ensure food orders meet guests’ expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or high school equivalency preferred; able to lift and carry up to 70lbs, up to 20 times per shift; able to stand 100% of shift; able to work frequently in a damp, hot work environment; able to work with an open flame; may use slicers or other kitchen machinery; able to hold items with hands for extended periods and read a kitchen display monitor; able to communicate effectively with managers and team members; able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
