Requirements: Possesses good cooking skills with restaurant or institutional background; Demonstrates creativity, enthusiasm, and a consistent positive demeanor; Works well with others; Ability to read and write; Ability to calculate amounts of ingredients when adjusting recipes; Ability to interpret written instructions and follow through with oral instructions; Completes Food Services Sanitation class or inservice; Food Handler Permit
