Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with scratch cooking emphasis; working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards; excellent attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; customer service experience required; food handlers’ certification is a plus
