About: GAT Sky Cafe, located at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, is seeking dynamic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team. We are dedicated to preparing high-quality airline meals in accordance with company standards, menu specifications, and production schedules, while prioritizing safety, hygiene, and quality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; three to five years of experience in commercial cooking or certification from a culinary school; knowledge of food and hygiene regulations (HACCP); understanding of financial controls and inventory management; good communication, organizational, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Windows-based computer applications
