Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge; one or more years of work experience in production cooking; ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures, communicate effectively, perform simple math calculations, handle food safely, and work within deadlines; good interpersonal skills and the capacity to follow production and cleaning schedules; familiarity with food handling regulations and safety requirements
