Position: Cook job
About: It is the responsibility of the cook to manage and operate the kitchen in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor. He/she reports to the Dietary supervisor.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred; ability to cook a variety of foods in large quantities; knowledge of food safety guidelines; teamwork and communication skills; willingness to work under supervision
