Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a kitchen environment, particularly in food preparation; knowledge of cooking methods and kitchen equipment; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting; strong communication and problem-solving skills; adherence to health and safety policies and procedures; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, bend, and perform tasks in a kitchen environment
