About: The Salvation Army, an internationally recognized non-profit, faith-based organization, is seeking a Cook for the Miami Area Command in Miami, Florida. The Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving nutritional meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and managing inventory.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of experience cooking food for large groups; knowledge of proper cooking methods, meal planning, food storage, and cleaning techniques; ability to order supplies economically and maintain inventory; proficient in English language; able to meet attendance requirements; capable of physically demanding tasks in a kitchen environment.
