Position: COOK III – TEAM MEMBER DINING
About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a Cook III Team Member Dining to prepare all meals, perform basic cooking procedures, and maintain quality control to ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves following food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing to meet the resort’s standards and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with an Associate degree in F&B and/or course completion from an accredited Culinary Institute; Must obtain and maintain a Food handler’s card and any other required certification or license; 2-4 years cooking experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a similar resort/hotel setting; Working knowledge of various food preparations and recipes; Advanced knife skills; Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling practices; Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills; Effective communication in English; Strong interpersonal skills with guests and team members
