Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; 3-4 years minimum of previous culinary experience as a Prep/Production Cook or Fast Food Cook; local Health Department sanitation certificate; Serve Safe Certification or equivalent preferred; proficiency in food preparation techniques and kitchen stations; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members; knowledge of kitchen sanitation, equipment operation, and kitchen maintenance; proficiency in English language
