Position: COOK III – IN SUITE DINING

About: The Venetian Resort is looking for a detail-oriented Cook III for their ISD department. The role involves maintaining quality control in food preparation to ensure guest satisfaction, following all departmental and company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School Diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Food Handlers card and any other necessary certifications; 3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen; Demonstrated experience in a 4 or 5 star resort or hotel preferred; Working knowledge of basic kitchen equipment; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English; Strong interpersonal skills; Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
