Position: COOK III – BANQUETS

About: The Venetian Resort is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook III – Banquets to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure all food products are prepared and served according to procedures to meet guests’ satisfaction. This position requires adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures, emphasizing safety.

Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Health card; Minimum of 3-5 years cooking experience; Mentorship and leadership skills; Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; Knowledge of soups, sauces, meats, poultry, etc.; Advanced knife skills; Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment; Proficient in food handling and sanitation practices; Clear and effective communication skills in English
