Position: COOK III – BAKERY
About: The primary responsibility of the Cook III – Banquets Bakery is to maintain quality control to ensure all products are served according to procedures and to the guests’ satisfaction at The Venetian Resort. Duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High school Diploma or equivalent; Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing; Must be able to obtain and maintain a Food handlers card and any other required certification or license; Minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume kitchen; Excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment; Interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs; Professional appearance adhering to Company standards; Knowledgeable of menu items and preparation; Ability to address stressful situations with respect and politeness; Collaborative and able to work well with others; Positive attitude towards work and guest interactions; Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
