Requirements: Education/Formal Training: High school education or equivalent experience; ServSafe Food Handler Certification or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum one year food service or related work. Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of cooking and kitchen procedures to perform non-repetitive analytical work. Physical Demands: Regularly lift food cases and equipment weighing up to 70 lbs, periodic climbing, bending of knees, full range of mobility, continuous standing, good hearing and vision, ability to follow instructions. Environment: Inside 100% of 8-hour shift, exposure to varying temperatures.
