Position: Cook III
About: The Biltmore Hotel is currently seeking a detail-oriented Cook III to join their team. The Cook III will be responsible for preparing menu items for banquet events and a la carte services while maintaining high-quality food standards and quick food production.
Requirements: Education: A High School Diploma is required; Experience: Minimum of one to two years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant with similar styles and standards. Some fine dining experience preferred. Skills Required: Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English; Compute accurate mathematical calculations; Provide legible communication and directions; Think clearly, resolve problems, and work cohesively in a team.
