Requirements: Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; At least 7 years of progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years of relevant experience; Food Handlers Certification; Clear communication and decision-making skills; Ability to work well under pressure; Proactive and able to anticipate needs; Effective problem-solving and analytical skills; Familiarity with financial information and basic arithmetic functions
