Position: Cook II – Side Piece Pizza – FT
About: Palms is seeking a dedicated Cook II to join their dynamic team. The Cook II is responsible for various levels of food preparation, adhering to standardized recipes and maintaining specific work stations. The role entails following departmental and property policies and procedures, covering areas like garde mange, fryer, saute, grill, and more.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant; must be authorized to work in the United States; must obtain a Southern Nevada Health District Health Card; must be at least 18 years of age; knowledgeable about cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and supplies; proficient in health, safety, and sanitation regulations; possess basic mathematical skills; maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/health regulations and hotel requirements; work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
