Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; ability to train and follow recipes; local Health Department sanitation certificate preferred; 1-3 years minimum of previous culinary experience; working knowledge of Soups, Sauces, Meat, Poultry, Seafood, Dressings, Desserts, and Salads; ability to work in all classifications below a Cook II level required; knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment; ability to work any shift and get along with co-workers; ability to read, write, and speak in English
