Position: COOK II – HONG KONG CAFE
About: The Venetian Resort is currently seeking a detail-oriented Cook II to join their team. The primary focus of this role is to maintain quality control and ensure guest satisfaction with the food served, following the resort’s policies and procedures.
Requirements: 21 years of age; Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States; High School diploma or equivalent; Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Health Card and any other necessary certifications; 2 years’ experience in a high volume kitchen, preferably in a 4 or 5-star resort or hotel; Excellent knowledge of basic kitchen equipment; Knowledgeable of menu items and their preparation; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
