Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of previous culinary experience; culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred; ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced culinary environment; proficient English language skills; ability to perform all basic cooking skills and use kitchen equipment; strong desire to meet the needs of others in a fast-paced environment; ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to accurately follow recipes
