Position: Cook II – Buffet – On Call
About: Palms is currently seeking a dedicated Cook II to join our team. The Cook II will be responsible for all levels of food preparation, including ingredient preparation, maintaining a specific station, plating, and following standardized recipes. This role requires adherence to departmental and property policies and procedures, with duties ranging from garde manger to grill and other designated areas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Cook in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant; authorized to work in the United States; Southern Nevada Health District Health Card required; at least 18 years of age; knowledgeable of weights, measures, cooking techniques, knives, kitchen equipment, health, safety, and sanitation regulations; physical ability to access all areas of the restaurant; basic mathematical skills
