Requirements: Minimum of one (1) year of experience in food service or a related field; ability to pass ServSafe Certification or equivalent within 90 days from the start date; knowledge of basic kitchen operations; capability to read and quantify recipes and menus; eligibility for work assignment on specified contracts; good communication skills with customers, government personnel, subcontractors, and management; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to pass organization screening requirements, including background checks as necessary
