Position: Cook II

Requirements: Education A High School Diploma is required; Experience Minimum of one to two years’ experience as a Cook in a hotel or restaurant with similar styles and standards. Some fine dining experience preferred; Skills Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English, compute accurate mathematical calculations, provide legible communication, prioritize and organize, maintain confidentiality, work cohesively in a team, and adapt to multitasking; Physical Demands Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, reach overhead and below the knees, communicate effectively, and adapt to moderate temperatures; Licenses or Certifications Food Handling Certificate
