Requirements: Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays; Associate’s degree in culinary education or equivalent experience; Minimum two years culinary or related work experience in a similar environment; Intermediate culinary knowledge; Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean various kitchen equipment; Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task; Scheduled days and times may vary based on need; Ability to lift items weighing up to 70 lbs and engage in continuous standing and mobility during shifts
