Requirements: Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays; Associate’s degree education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience; Minimum two years culinary or related work experience in a similar environment; Intermediate culinary knowledge is expected for this position; Ability to operate, maintain, and properly clean kitchen equipment, including various cooking appliances; Scheduled days and times may vary based on need; Position regularly involves lifting food cases and materials weighing up to 70 lbs, pushing and pulling, lifting, carrying carts is required; Regular bending to lift items and supplies; 80% mobility during the shift, 10% continuous standing, up to 8 hours
