Position: Cook II
About: Four Seasons, a luxury hotel known for its exceptional guest experiences and commitment to creating lasting impressions, is seeking a dedicated Cook 2 to join their team in Atlanta. The hotel offers modern luxury with Southern charm, located in the vibrant capital city known for its cultural richness and top-notch amenities like the High Museum of Art and Piedmont Park.
Requirements: Must be able to work all shifts including AM’s, PM’s, weekends, and holidays; Associate’s degree education, cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience; Minimum two years culinary or related work experience in a similar environment; Intermediate culinary knowledge expected for this position; Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment; Scheduled days and times may vary based on need; Position regularly involves lifting food cases and materials weighing up to 70 lbs; Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task; This position is not eligible for work sponsorship/visa
