Position: Cook I – Scotch 80 – On Call
About: Primary responsibility of the Cook I (Lead) is to perform advanced cooking procedures and delegate a shift independently based on standardized recipes. The role requires demonstrating presenteeism, preparing specialty dishes, operating various kitchen equipment, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years related experience in a hotel/gaming property preferred; effective communication skills; Southern Nevada Health Card required; ability to work in varying kitchen conditions and lift up to 50 pounds; familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures; physical mobility for kitchen tasks
