About: A renowned hotel with a prime oceanfront location in Miami Beach, recently renovated with $50 million to enhance guest experience, now known as Loews Miami Beach Hotel, offering a reimagined South Beach icon.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; three or more years of cooking experience in upscale, high volume hotel or freestanding restaurant, or post-secondary culinary training/certification as a ‘Cook’ from a recognized culinary school with two years of hands-on experience; thorough knowledge of Food Service Sanitation Standards and standard kitchen equipment; ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift and carry up to 50 pounds; proficiency in English; willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
