About: Bally’s Corporation is seeking a diligent and skilled Kitchen Assistant to join their team. The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for various food preparation tasks and ensuring the proper presentation of all menu items in compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves assisting pantry and kitchen associates, following recipe instructions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace within the company’s kitchen environment at Indiana Gaming regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; basic understanding of kitchen workstations; ability to lift and carry food items; familiarity with food preparation techniques and safety standards; detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately; knowledge of company policies and procedures; availability to work flexible hours, holidays, and weekends
