Position: COOK I
About: This position is for a Food and Nutrition role in the UPC department. The individual will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of food items for the cafeteria, patient tray line, and special events. They will function as a grill cook and in cold food areas, ensuring adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures with no patient care assignment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1/2 year (6 months) directly related experience; ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
