About: YAI currently has an immediate opening for a Full Time Residential Cook/Housekeeper to work in our Manhattan locations. Join our dynamic team performing cooking & housekeeping duties in a group home for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Requirements: A High School Diploma or GED is required; Work or life experience within the intellectual/developmental disabilities field is a plus; Basic written and verbal communication; Basic computer knowledge; Valid Driver’s License may be required depending upon the position; Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions; Interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Willing to take initiative
