Requirements: High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred; wide range of food knowledge; familiarity with production, ala carte, and fast-food cooking; knowledge of proper cooking temperatures, holding temperatures, and sanitation practices; Board of Health Sanitation Certificate required; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends; great personality and a team-player attitude required
