Position: Cook – Full Time
About: Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center offers intensive residential treatment services within a secure setting for youth ages 7-17 experiencing emotional, psychiatric, and educational difficulties. They are fully accredited by The Joint Commission and the Virginia Association of Independent Specialized Educational Facilities, licensed by The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services and the Virginia Department of Education, and a TRICARE-approved and certified facility. Currently seeking a Full-time Cook.
Requirements: High school education or equivalent preferred; two or more years of institutional or restaurant cooking experience required; previous supervisory experience preferred; must possess valid Virginia Food Handlers Card; physical exertion abilities to bend, lift, and carry items up to 40lbs, work in a temperature range -10F to 100F, fit in tight working spaces, handle hazardous chemicals, and have accurate hearing and vision.
