Position: Cook – Franchise
About: This job posting is for employment at an independently owned and operated franchisee of Denny’s. As a Cook, the duties of this position include preparing, cooking, and presenting food to order, following established company standards, completing assigned ‘prep work’ as needed, storing and rotating stock, cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing work area, assisting service assistants periodically, and adhering to all safe food handling principles.
Requirements: At least 18 years of age; able to move up to 50 lbs; sufficient mobility to move and operate in the work area; basic math skills, including understanding units of measure; must meet any state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
