Position: Cook – Food Hall
About: Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a Cook to join their team, responsible for preparing food for guests in accordance with set recipes while upholding quality and safety standards. This position offers a starting pay of $19 per hour.
Requirements: Must be 19 years or older; High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience; One to five years prior experience as a cook in a high-volume food service operation; Kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance knowledge; Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and nomenclature; Ability to taste and smell foods; Knowledge of weights, measures, and recipe yield; Possess and maintain culinary tools (knives); Excellent guest service and communication skills; Tolerate industry standard chemicals for cleaning and sanitizing; Ability to work at a fast pace in a stressful environment; Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards; Follow directions and take direction; Display self-control and organizational skills
