About: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center – Mission Bernal is seeking a Cook to join their team under general supervision, preparing high-quality food for patients, staff, and customers in accordance with established standards and procedures, demonstrating a service orientation to fellow employees and customers.
Requirements: Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of a degree or diploma; HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience; experience as a cook typically acquired in five years; experience in a large volume food production kitchen typically acquired in five years; hotel/restaurant background; knowledge of nutrition principles, sanitation, and food temperature control; able to perform arithmetic calculations, concentrate, pay attention to detail, lift up to forty pounds, read, write, and speak English, interpersonal skills
