About: Are you passionate about creating delicious and nutritious meals that bring joy to children’s lives? MBS Kids ELA is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our team and play a vital role in providing wholesome meals for our little ones. This position requires open availability and flexibility for various events on evenings and Saturdays. Located off Greenhouse Rd, near I10 west.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Previous experience as a cook in a childcare setting or similar environment preferred; Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating nutritious meals that appeal to children; Knowledge of CACFP guidelines and experience with related paperwork; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a nurturing and supportive environment; CPR Certified; Food Manager Certification
