Position: Cook – Fine Dining
About: Fontainebleau Las Vegas is committed to providing a high-quality dining experience and is currently seeking a Cook to join our culinary team. The Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef to ensure the preparation, plating, and quality of all food items meet the restaurant’s standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a luxury high volume property preferred; complete knowledge of health and safety regulations; in-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, especially large-volume production; extensive kitchen technical knowledge and current culinary trends; ability to read, follow recipes and procedures; excellent organizational skills; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends; ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment with high call volume
